The Residential Life Manager will lead student community building, bringing a passion and wealth of knowledge and experience for connecting students of diverse backgrounds to create a community mutually shaped to meet each member's needs; where students are both self-determining and interdependent. As one of the most connected roles to students, the Residential Life will live in the residence hall with students from over 40 countries, fostering close relationships and providing the support and resources for students to thrive. We are looking to hire a student-centered, results-driven, and experienced Career Coach who aims to help young people grow personally and professionally and achieve their desired career outcomes. In this role, you will guide students through the appropriate mix of 1-1 coaching and group workshops, leveraging your skills in coaching, rapport-building, workshop design and facilitation.

The Director of Advancement will be responsible for helping to develop as well as for iterating and implementing Minerva’s advancement (fundraising) strategy, including outreach and management of individual and institutional donors in key geographies globally. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, innovative, and relentless fundraising professional and strategic thinker with a clear history of building and managing strong partnerships with a wide range of donors.

Civic Engagement & Partnership Manager

The Partnership and Events Manager will demonstrate a passion for building local partnerships and overseeing a year-long project which all first-year students complete that allows students the opportunity to apply the skills they learn in class to real-world issues. This individual will embrace the opportunity to work with young adults from more than 40 different countries who are navigating college for the first time and are eager and excited to grow through engaging in experiences in the places in which they live.
Enrollment Positions

Regional Outreach Manager, East Asia

The regional outreach manager will grow Minerva University’s brand awareness and lead direct student outreach and recruitment activities for Minerva’s undergraduate program across East Asia, with primary focus on South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. The manager will engage with and support high school students and families from prospect to enrollment stage through relevant awareness building, lead engagement, and nurture programs. He/She will also maintain, develop, and expand Minerva’s connection to relevant stakeholders - school and independent counselors, parents, educators, and student organizations - with the goal of creating a better understanding of and appreciation for Minerva’s innovative approach to higher education.
