The Regional Outreach Director, Western Europe is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives such that (1) all qualified high school students in Western Europe will know about, and be inspired by, Minerva University as their undergraduate institution of choice (2) education stakeholders across the region look to and engage with Minerva as a leader in innovative and impactful higher education programs that develop the global leaders of the future.
ApplyThe regional outreach associate will grow Minerva University’s brand awareness and lead direct outreach and recruitment activities for Minerva’s undergraduate program across South Asia and SouthEast Asia - with a primary focus on South Asia. He/She will engage with and support high school students and families from prospect to enrollment stage through relevant awareness building, lead engagement and nurture programs. The associate will also develop Minerva’s connection to relevant stakeholders in the region - school and independent counselors, parents, student organizations - with the goal of creating a better understanding of and appreciation for Minerva’s innovative programs.

ApplyWe are hiring for a Coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area region. This role will require occasional evening and weekend work, and may require some international travel, likely 1-2 trips during the academic year to the other rotation cities. These international trips serve to further build connections with our global student life staff, professional partners, and students through your participation in milestone events and in-person CTD programming.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, innovative, and relentless fundraising professional and strategic thinker with a clear history of building and managing strong partnerships with a wide range of donors.
