Coaching Support Sessions

As a Minerva graduate student, in your first semester, you will benefit from one-on-one virtual coaching that focuses on helping you articulate your career objectives and sense of personal purpose. You will work with a coach to align your graduate program experience with your professional journey. Then, through virtual group sessions in your second semester, you can further explore your values, strengths, and areas for development and begin to develop an individual plan for making meaningful progress toward your goals. The group format fosters a supportive community with your graduate classmates, holding you accountable and keeping you inspired.

“My professional coach is a great source of inspiration and a thought partner to help me push forward. Whether it be finding my key strengths, reflecting on how to act on my interests and goals, or sharing my raw ideas on thesis topics, she is always there to refine my thoughts and carry on. Coaching is helpful for aligning the professional goals with who I am.”
